What are the payment methods accepted by Meritok Online?

We currently accept payment through Bank Transfer and POLi Payments at the moment. We shall be adding more options in the future.
How many days it may take for my order to be delivered?

All Chase Cricket bats are order-made. We keep some general profiles - mostly light weight SH bats in stock. Products which are in stock will be will be shipped within 2 days of the payment being confirmed. The bats which are not in stock will be handcrafted in England per order and be delivered to the customers. In this case, it will take 2 to 3 weeks for the bats to be delivered.
Are the Chase Cricket bats ready-to-play / knocked-in / pre-prepared?

Yes, all Chase Cricket bats are delivered ready-to-play / knocked-in / pre-prepared.
Does Meritok Online have a physical store in New Zealand?

Meritok Online has physical store in New Zealand. We are based in Tauranga.
